Last week SEACA and Public Counsel were presented with the Advocate of the Year Award at the Southern California Association of Non-Profit Housing (SCANPH) annual conference.
In front an audience of 900 developers, advocates, and affordable housing experts, the award was given in recognition for our work in creating innovative new affordable housing policies through the Cornfields Arroyo Seco Specific Plan (CASP).
Not bad for a youth group with no prior experience in affordable housing policy!
